All of our home inspectors are educated and certified by both

the  AMERICAN HOME INSPECTORS TRAINING INSTITUTE (AHIT) and the  NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTORS (NACHI.)  We meet all the guidelines established by the State of Pennsylvania and we are fully insured. We follow the highest STANDARDS OF PRACTICE in the home inspection industry as set forth by Pennsylvania, NACHI and the AMERICAN SOCIETY OF HOME INSPECTORS (ASHI.) At C2HI we believe very strongly that the home inspection process should be an educational experience for our clients.  We encourage all of our clients to be present throughout the inspection, to highlight any concerns that they might have, and to ask questions.  Of course safety is our first concern and during certain portions of the home inspections we do require that our clients maintain a safe distance from the component being inspected.
