Home Inspection Report

Close to Home Inspection Services offers either a written report or a computerized reporting system, both of which are designed by AHIT and tailored to perfection by C2HI.  In addition to our basic reports we may also document areas of the inspection through digital photography. When applicable, digital images may be included with your onsite report, they may be printed onsite or transferred electronically via CD/DVD ROM, Email or other electronic means within 24 hours after the conclusion of your home inspection.

• The written report produces 4 carbonless copies of the inspectors visual observations and findings on the day of the inspection. The report will be available to you immediately following the conclusion of your home inspection. The original copy goes to you our client, we keep a copy for our records, and at your discretion the 2 remaining copies can be distributed to realtors, attorneys or a third party whom may be involved in the transaction.
  

• The computerized reporting system is similar to our written report.  You will receive a printed copy as well as an electronic copy via CD/DVD ROM which may include digital images from the home inspection. In rare instances technical difficulties may prevent onsite delivery. In such a case the report will be produced within 24 hours after the conclusion of you home inspection in your choice of printed or electronic delivery. All of computerized reports are distributed in Adobe PDF format.
